BatchXC prepares and helps manage listings, but you remain responsible for reviewing every listing, complying with eBay and applicable law, and deciding what to publish and at what price.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing, or using BatchXC, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use BatchXC for a business, you represent that you can bind that business. You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and permitted to operate each connected marketplace account.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding sign-in methods, and limiting workspace access to authorized people. Notify us promptly at supportandprivacy@batchxc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or permit another person to use BatchXC unlawfully. We may require reauthentication or restrict a session to protect an account.
The Service
BatchXC may import card images and marketplace records; prepare titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing context, and duplicate suggestions; provide review tools; publish approved listings; and synchronize inventory and sales. Features can vary by platform, account, plan, region, and connected service.
We may improve, add, remove, or limit features. Beta, preview, or experimental features may be less reliable and can change without notice.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of card images, listing text, corrections, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and authorize us to process it.
You grant BatchXC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transform, analyze, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. This includes creating card-level visual fingerprints and normalized attributes that improve recognition. De-identified or aggregate derived data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Connected services
When you connect eBay or another service, you authorize BatchXC to access and act on that account within the permissions you approve, including reading seller data and creating or updating listings at your direction. You are responsible for the connected account and its fees, rules, policies, restrictions, and credentials.
Third-party services are controlled by their providers. Their availability, data, policies, API limits, and decisions are outside BatchXC’s control. BatchXC is not eBay, and use of eBay is governed by eBay’s own agreements and policies.
Listing review and recommendations
Identification, item specifics, SEO checks, price estimates, sales comparisons, duplicate detection, and other recommendations are decision-support tools. Card photos may be incomplete, marketplace data may be delayed, and automated systems can be wrong.
You must confirm the card, condition, authenticity, year, set, parallel, variation, serial numbering, autograph, memorabilia, price, shipping, returns, and all other listing details before publishing. BatchXC does not guarantee identification, ranking, views, sale price, sales velocity, or marketplace acceptance.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the disclosed price, taxes, and recurring fees. Plan limits, renewal interval, trial terms, and included usage are shown at purchase and may vary by platform.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel through the purchase surface or account settings before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the purchase-platform rules, the terms shown at checkout, and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, connected-service rules, and applicable law. You may not abuse APIs, bypass rate or plan limits, publish deceptive listings, infringe rights, compromise security, or interfere with the Service.
Our intellectual property
BatchXC and its software, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content are owned by BatchXC or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended business purpose. They do not transfer ownership.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using BatchXC or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, marketplace abuse, or harm to BatchXC, users, or third parties. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BatchXC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BatchXC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service or a connected platform.
BatchXC’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid BatchXC during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. The laws and courts applicable to BatchXC’s principal place of business govern these Terms, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Questions may be sent to supportandprivacy@batchxc.com. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
