Use a unique password, secure your email and eBay accounts, review connected applications regularly, and report unexpected sign-ins or listing activity immediately.
Account protection
- Authentication is handled through managed identity infrastructure and supports email and approved third-party sign-in providers.
- Short-lived access tokens and renewable sessions reduce repeated password handling while allowing sessions to be revoked.
- Protected application routes validate the current user before returning workspace data.
- Account and organization access is designed around least privilege and database row-level authorization.
Connected marketplaces
BatchXC uses eBay’s authorization flow so sellers approve access without giving BatchXC their eBay password. Marketplace credentials are server-side secrets and are not intentionally exposed to the browser. Connections can expire, be revoked, or be disconnected.
Data and service safeguards
We use encrypted network transport, managed hosting and database infrastructure, access controls, audit-oriented records, dependency updates, environment separation, and monitoring appropriate to the maturity and risk of the Service. We limit production access to people and systems that need it.
No service can promise perfect security. We review safeguards as the product, team, vendors, and threats change.
Incident handling
We investigate credible security events, contain affected access, restore safe operation, and preserve information needed to understand what happened. If an incident requires user or regulator notification, we will provide it as required by applicable law.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you found a BatchXC security issue, email supportandprivacy@batchxc.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected URL or feature, impact, reproduction steps, and contact information.
- Do not access, alter, or retain another user’s data.
- Do not disrupt service or perform denial-of-service testing.
