Export anything you need, resolve active listings, disconnect eBay, and cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them. Deleting BatchXC does not automatically cancel an Apple, Google, eBay, or other third-party subscription or account.
What the request covers
A completed deletion removes or de-identifies the BatchXC account and associated profile, workspace, uploaded images, batches, draft listings, connections, and other personal data, subject to limited retention described below. It does not delete your eBay account or listings already held by eBay.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit, or legal-compliance records when required or reasonably necessary. Protected backups are removed on their normal rotation. Card-level fingerprints that no longer reasonably identify you may remain as de-identified recognition data.
Submit the request
Sign in so we can verify the account and record the request. We may contact the account email for additional verification. Once deletion is completed, access and recovery may no longer be possible.
We need an authenticated session before a deletion request can be attached to a BatchXC workspace.
