If an action would mislead a buyer, violate a marketplace rule, misuse someone else’s data, or damage the Service, do not use BatchXC to do it.
Follow the law and marketplace rules
You may use BatchXC only for lawful activity and must comply with the rules of eBay and every other connected service. You may not use the Service to list prohibited or regulated goods, evade an account restriction, manipulate marketplace activity, or facilitate fraud.
Accurate and authorized listings
- Do not knowingly publish false, deceptive, or incomplete claims.
- Do not misrepresent a card’s identity, year, set, parallel, condition, grade, autograph, memorabilia, authenticity, or provenance.
- Do not upload images, trademarks, text, or data you lack permission to use.
- Do not use another seller’s personal information except for an authorized transaction-related purpose.
Protect accounts and people
Do not impersonate another person, access an account without permission, solicit passwords or authentication codes, distribute malware, harass users, or expose personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
Do not interfere with the Service
- Do not probe, scan, exploit, disable, overload, or bypass BatchXC security, rate limits, usage limits, or access controls.
- Do not use unauthorized automation to extract BatchXC data or reproduce the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer the Service except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide BatchXC as a service bureau without written permission.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant records. Depending on severity, we may warn a user, limit a feature, remove content, suspend access, terminate an account, notify an affected platform or rights holder, or cooperate with lawful authorities.
Report suspected abuse to supportandprivacy@batchxc.com. Include enough detail for us to evaluate the report, but do not send passwords, secret keys, or unnecessary personal information.
